You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use Rishtah.org. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering and at all times thereafter. Registration by providing false information, including misrepresentation of age, identity, marital status, or photographs, will result in immediate and permanent account termination without notice and without any refund of fees paid.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account, notify us immediately at support@rishtah.org.
Rishtah.org is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your account secure.
You agree to use Rishtah.org only for lawful matrimonial purposes. You must not use the platform to harass, threaten, or abuse other users, post false or misleading profile information, impersonate any person, use the platform for commercial solicitation or spam, scrape or harvest data from other users, upload obscene or unlawful content, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or its systems.
Rishtah.org reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete any account that violates these standards, at its sole discretion, without prior notice and without any refund of fees paid.
Rishtah.org offers optional Premium Subscriptions that unlock additional features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period, subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date, and all payments are final and non-refundable as set out in the Refund and Payment Policy.
All content, design, software, trademarks, and technology on Rishtah.org are the property of DEVSFLUX (PRIVATE) LIMITED or its licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the platform for matrimonial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written consent.
By uploading content to Rishtah.org, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and use that content solely for operating the platform. You confirm that you own or have the right to post any content you upload, and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion without notice.
Rishtah.org is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any user profile or the success of any matrimonial match.
Rishtah.org is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid.
We are not responsible for the conduct or actions of any user, whether on or off the platform. All interactions between users are at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold Rishtah.org harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses — including legal fees — arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or any content you post.
We may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, misrepresentation, or any behaviour we reasonably consider harmful. No refund of fees will be issued upon termination for cause.
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use of Rishtah.org after any update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Rishtah.org shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
