Refund Policy

Rishtah.org is a product developed and maintained by DEVSFLUX (PRIVATE) LIMITED. By making any payment on Rishtah.org, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Refund and Payment Policy in full.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made on Rishtah.org are strictly final and non-refundable. This applies to all Premium Subscription purchases, renewals, in-app purchases, feature unlocks, and any other paid service on the platform, present or future.

By completing a payment, you acknowledge that the service is made available to you immediately upon purchase and that you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances, except as stated in Section 5 of this Policy.

2. No Refund on Cancellation

You may cancel your Premium Subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation does not entitle you to any refund, partial or full, for the remaining unused period of your current billing cycle. Your Premium access will continue until the end of the paid period, after which your account reverts to the free tier. No credit or compensation will be issued for any unused portion.

3. No Refund Based on Results or Dissatisfaction

Rishtah.org provides a platform to facilitate matrimonial connections. It does not guarantee any specific outcome, match quality, or result. The following situations do not qualify for a refund under any circumstances: dissatisfaction with matches, lack of responses from other users, change of personal circumstances including engagement, marriage, or relocation, a negative experience with another user, the decision to use a different platform, technical issues on your own device or internet connection, or failure to use the platform during the subscription period for any reason.

4. No Refund on Account Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or misrepresentation, you are not entitled to any refund of fees paid, regardless of the remaining subscription period.

5. Billing Error Exception

The only situation in which Rishtah.org may consider a refund request is a verified billing error — meaning a duplicate or incorrect charge directly caused by a fault in our payment system.

To be considered, the request must be submitted in writing to support@rishtah.org within 7 days of the transaction, must include your registered email address, transaction ID, and evidence of the incorrect charge, and the error must be independently verifiable through our payment records.

Submitting a request under this exception does not guarantee approval. All decisions are at the sole discretion of Rishtah.org and are final. This exception does not apply to auto-renewal charges at the correct amount, charges where the user failed to cancel before renewal, or any situation where the charge was correct but unexpected.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us at support@rishtah.org is a violation of these Terms. In such cases, Rishtah.org reserves the right to permanently suspend the account and pursue recovery of the disputed amount along with any associated fees and costs through available legal channels.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@rishtah.org first and allow us the opportunity to investigate before escalating to your payment provider.

7. Auto-Renewal

Premium Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. It is your sole responsibility to cancel before renewal if you do not wish to continue. Rishtah.org will send renewal reminder emails as a courtesy, but failure to receive or read a reminder does not constitute grounds for a refund.

8. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Rishtah.org does not store your full card number or sensitive banking credentials. All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We are not responsible for foreign currency conversion fees applied by your bank.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy at any time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use of Rishtah.org after any update means you accept the revised Policy.
