Premium subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis if the service was not provided as described or if there was a billing error.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
To request a refund, please email support@rishtah.org with your account details and the reason for your request. We will review your request and get back to you within 3-5 business days.
